This video was created for the conference “Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Innoveren” (Responsible Innovation in Food Technology), held at Felix Meritis at October 4th. A joint effort between Maastricht University and Wageningen University about the disconnect between food technology/producers and the worries of consumers.
